This exhibition offered a vibrant and enthralling exploration of Greek industry. The physical exhibition spanned over 3 months and drew in more than 18,000 visitors of all ages.

 

For the first time at such a scale, a reenactment of 160 years of Greek industry, from 1857 to the present day, was presented. Across 3 sections, 8 sectors, 120 industries, and over 800 items were showcased.

 

Although the physical exhibition came to an end, the team at the Industrial Gas Museum had the vision to digitally preserve it by creating its virtual counterpart. As a result, both the scientific community and those eager to delve into Greek industrial history can now digitally explore the exhibition, read all accompanying texts, view rare images and documents, interact with artifacts, and engage with interactive displays!
